Tired of Infinity Ward locking down the PC version of MW2? No problem!
This program will allow you to bring back the globally loved
developer console in the game! Plus, it will unlock important cvars like
cg_fov to change the field-of-view at the same time!

I hope with the release of this program, Infinity Ward will un-neuter
Modern Warfare 2 officially.

NOTE: By using this program, you agree that any consequences of usage
shall not be imposed on the programmer (AgentGOD). Use at your
own will and risk! I, the programmer, will NOT be held responsible
in the event that you are banned by VAC.

With that in mind, the program should NOT trigger a VAC-ban, but I cannot
make any guarantees.

Usage:
------
Run LoaderX.exe.
Click Auto-Inject.
Launch Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Single/Multiplayer.
Enjoy the tilde (~) key in its full glory.

How do i remove this shit from my MW2?
It keeps starting up along with MW2 - Multiplayer and if I am going to make a new account I wouldn't want that VAC banned as well. I reinstalled, made backups, deleted whole folder, reinstalled, tried everything I can think of.

yep it's gone... i guess IW moved some memory locations, and shit... the funny this is that they did not write anything about it in the change-log, which makes me believe that they actually change the game, without letting anyone know, that is just stupid.

Ok, for the last time. This WILL NOT WORK ANYMORE!!! The console has been patched out and if you use any type of DLL or .exe memory modification, you will be VAC banned. No if, and or but. You WILL be banned and you will not get it back. VAC is fully automated and since steam is a bunch of lazy corporate biggots, this is our newest fail of a "Game of the year" award. There is nothing as rewarding as having to migrate in mid game since IWNET servers are based on the user as a host. Cheap ass companies, making bank off of repetition. If you have grinded COD4 and know the annoyance of unlocking BS. Then you know this game is way worse. I agree fully with anyone hacking this game to an extent, and I encourage you to do it. Just dont be stupid about it. They do look for these things since OUR money pays them to do it....
But in the same aspect, OUR money used to buy these games to support good gameplay (which is the entire point) is helping to prevent hacking. But try playing the game. If it doesnt d/c you, those that are hacking (and yes, there are tons) will piss you off. So when you are sick of this game. Make sure it has a steam profile by itself, and hack the shit out of it. Google is your friend. Enjoy!

works great u can hold SHIFT + ~ hold all of them together before when i didnt do it the console wouldnt show. you can also fust hold SHIFT ~ together

I've got banned by VAC. I was not using anything "dirty" except mw2-unleashed. What a pity. We shall wait for dedicated servers, IWNET sucked ass anyway.

I changed my keyboard settings to US and tested it ingame.
Same result by pressing ~ all controlls are disbled and no console is visible.

So the Unlocker doesnt work.
