Wow, some people read into error messages too much. This error isn't stating your "network" is corrupt. It is stating there could be a corrupt "network tempEntity" which is an entirely different thing. There are tons of entities such as Particles and BaseLine entities. These serve different functions in the game itself.

This isn't a network corruption, its a error because apparently when a bullet hit, the packet or data got corrupted. It's more of just IW fail... :P
